We have three (03) course sessions, with the possibility of admitting new students to the various programs two (02) times a year: in September and January.

Admission requirements

Bachelor (B. Sc.) :

  • Hold a Baccalaureate in science (D, C, E) or the equivalent
  • Have a GPA of at least 12/20 in high school, with at least an average of 10/20 in scientific subjects (mathematics, physics, or equivalent)

Master (M. Sc.) :

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or the equivalent
  • Have a GPA of at least 12/20


  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Have a GPA of at least 12/20 at the bachelor level
  • Have relevant work experience of at least 2 years
Step 2. Submit your application documents

The admission file consists of :

  • La lettre de motivation (see examples)
  • The application form completed (Exemple)
  • A brief Curriculum Vitae (Exemple)
  • Grades from previous studies
  • Diplomas obtained or certificates (if applicable)
  • Deux lettres de recommandation (see sample form)
  • The application fees of 25,000 CFA francs payable to our accounting office

Submit your file through our secured application system or file documents at our office.

Step 3. Admission exam

You will be called to an entrance exam on the exam dates indicated.

Step 4. File analysis and university decision

Following the analysis of your file by the admissions committee, we will contact you on the status of your admission. Three decisions are possible :

  1. Final admission
  2. Admission conditional on preparatory courses
  3. Refus (Refusal (however, it is possible to appeal the committee's decision by writing a letter of motivation on appeal of the refusal decision))

For M.Sc. and MBA, the final decision could come after an interview if the committee deems it necessary.
